Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping or collection options will be agreed during the ordering process.

Once production is completed and the order is approved, it will be dispatched using the customer’s selected delivery method.

Delivery options typically include Next Working Day or 2–3 Working Day services, depending on availability and the option chosen at checkout.

Dispatch timelines apply from the date the order is ready, not from the date of payment or initial enquiry.
